If you have created an account prior to placing your order you can log into your account and from the My Account section select "My Orders." Select the order you wish to track from the list of your orders and on the next screen you will see your order information. If your order has shipped your tracking number will appear next to the shipping method as well as the date your order was fulfilled and a link to track your order.
If you did not create an account you can still track your order. After you completed your order, you received a confirmation email which contains a link to your order status page. If you are unable to find the email you can contact us via phone, email or live chat and we will provide the current status of your order as well as resending the email with the link to your order status page.
