Returns:
We gladly accept unworn, unused, and unwashed items within 60 days of delivery. Returns after 60 days may incur a restocking fee.

Damaged or defective items?
Call 410-766-2600, email [e-mail], or chat with us live — we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

How to return or exchange:

1. Start your return here (link also found at the top of every page).
2. Include the original tags/packaging, packing list, and a brief note on why you’re returning it.

Refunds:
Please allow 3–10 business days after we receive your return to process your refund minus shipping cost. Original shipping costs are refunded only if we made an error.

Important:

• Worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be refunded.
• Items with strong odors, pet hair, or visible wear won’t qualify.
• Custom or special orders are non-refundable.
